REQUIREMENTS FOR DINE-IN FROM 10 NOVEMBER 2021

We answer some of your frequently asked questions about the changes in Safe Management Measures for dining in at the Club from 10 November 2021.

1. What type of identification do I need to show to prove my group of 3 to 5 people are residing in the same household?

Singapore Residents and Permanent Residents will need to produce either your physical NRICs or the digital version of your NRIC on Singpass mobile application.

2. Someone in my household has an Employment Pass/ S Pass/ Dependent Pass which does not reflect the address on it. Can we still dine together at the same table in a group of maximum 5 people?

Employment Pass/ S Pass/ Dependent Pass Holders may extract your residential address details from the myICA portal (www.ica.gov.sg) or myMOM portal (www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/services/mymom-portal) and use this as a documentation proof.

Alternatively, any official documentation/ letter (such as bank statements, electric bill, telephone bill, etc that are dated within the last 3 months) with the person’s name and address stated will be accepted. You will only need to show us the name and address stated on the document/ letter.

If you are not able to provide any documentation proof, we regret that we will only be able to allocate you and your guest to a table for 2 persons.

3. My children are under 15 years old, reside with me, but do not have any form of identity card that shows their residential address. Can we still dine together at the same table in a group of not more than 5 people?

Yes, children under 15 years old without any form of identification will be allowed to dine with you at the same table after the parent/ guardian declares to the F&B staff that the children reside together with them.

4.   Can I dine together with family/ friends (who carry official documentation proof that they are fully vaccinated) who are visiting from overseas and residing at my home during their stay in Singapore?

All overseas guests will need to show their copy of the SG Arrival Card which they had submitted to ICA before and shows the address they are residing at in Singapore. Upon verification, you will be able to sit at the same table with your overseas guests residing with you, in groups of up to 5 people.

If you are not able to provide any such documentation proof, we regret that we will only be able to allocate you and your guest to a table for 2 persons.

5. Do we still need to be fully vaccinated to dine at the Club?

Yes, only fully vaccinated people are allowed to dine at the Club. Kindly show your vaccination status to the staff at our F&B outlets.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep everyone posted on the latest updates from the authorities.

3 November 2021

As you are aware, the Committee had increased the Charter membership monthly subscriptions by $50 in May 2021. There were a number of initiatives that the Committee had in mind to enhance the value of your membership. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 government regulations, these initiatives could not take off.

After deliberation at the Committee meeting held on 28 October 2021, the Committee has decided to put on hold the $50 Charter membership increase sum effective 1 November 2021.

From 1 November 2021, Charter members will be billed the previous monthly subscription fee before the increase.

Charter Membership Subscription Current Rate Previous Rate
(with effect from 1 Nov 2021)

Family $267.21 $217.21

The Committee will do a review on this matter at the beginning of the new year to decide whether the increase in Charter membership fees will be reinstated again once initiatives can be implemented.
