Cancellation Policy: (Members)
1. Cancellations within 72 hours before the arrival shall be fully refunded.
2. Cancellations within 48 hours before the arrival date shall be charged 50% of the whole bill.
3. Cancellation on within 24 hours of arrival shall be charged the full amount.
4. No show & early departure rooms will be considered as sold and the full amount shall be charged to the member.
5. Refunds may be processed for special cases such as emergencies within the Club, pandemics, force majeure or similar situations.
Cancellation Policy: (Reciprocal Members)
1. Refunds shall not be offered for cancellations, guests however, can change the date of their booking within a span of 3 months.*Depending on availability; Peak periods not included.
2. Refunds may be processed for Reciprocal Members for special cases such as change of plans due to emergencies, pandemics, force majeure or similar situations.
